Automation of office-work of Federal State Unitary Enterprise ROSRAO using software "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP"

Implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product is carried out to Federal State Unitary Enterprise Enterprise for Treatment of Radioactive Waste ROSRAO (the enterprise of ROSATOM State Corporation). Implementation was performed with involvement of specialists of 1C-KPD LLC (1C - Corporate portals and document flow).

Works were carried out in 2010 and 2011. As a result:

• a system is brought into commercial operation;
• 240 jobs are automated;
• access rights of users are differentiated;
• document types are configured: entering, proceeding, orders, orders, memos, acts, protocols;
• numerators on document types are configured;
• schemes of creation, registration and working off of the entering, outgoing and internal documents (memos of orders, orders, protocols) are developed and implemented;
• the scheme of electronic approval of drafts of orders, orders, protocols is prepared and tested;
• the control system for working off of documents for which fixed terms and they are of the increased importance is developed and implemented. The program for selection of tasks using sign "is for this purpose revised! To" in the business processes Execution and Order delivered on control in inspection department in addition to the standard mechanism of control;
• reports for inspection department are written: the general list of the control instructions executed, outstanding and being in work during the specified period; the list of control instructions for the specified period, except those which completion date did not come yet; the list of control instructions which completion date expires in the specified date; the report on not performed control instructions during the set period; report on performing discipline on control instructions;
• cards of business processes Execution, Order, Approval regarding adding of files by different users are finished;
• relationship types of documents are developed, approved and created;
• processing "Automatic filling of personal access" at start of any business process is programmed;
• templates of memos are developed for all divisions with automatic filling of registration number and date.
