The implementation purpose - creation of uniform storage of documents of the company, (acceleration of processing of documents: approval, execution, consideration and other) the organization of quick search of the documents, process automation of the company which are not connected with documents document handling process automation (approval of agreements, the adoption of orders, registration of the entering and outgoing documents), automation of a time recording of employees, accounting of agreements.
As a result of automation accounting of the entering and outgoing documentation, control of terms of the answer to incoming letters and packets, document storage, approval of internal documents is adjusted:
- The 1C: Document Flow software product on 120 jobs is installed;
- Initial setup of a system is made: information on users of a system is created, integration with the accounting system Accounting 2.0, ZUP 2.5 is configured, reference books (partners, contact persons, employees, divisions, the organizations) are synchronized;
- Document types are configured: on the entering, outgoing correspondence and internal documents: agreements, courier delivery, request for payment;
- Templates of types of accompanying documents, letters, orders, the autofilled templates of cover letters, orders, internal administrative documents are configured;
- Processing of documents, such registration, consideration and execution of incoming documents, approval, a statement, registration and sending outgoing documents, preparation, approval, a statement and registration of internal documents approval of agreements, orders, requests for payment are configured);
- User rights on groups of access, on the organizations are differentiated, on document folders reports on the carried-out tasks, on labor costs Are configured;
- Instructions of users for work with a system are prepared. Training 20 key staff is provided.
