JSC Shopping Mall JSC Cherkizovsky Is Included into Group Cherkizovo with which the 1C-KPD company performs cooperation in implementation of software "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP".

Due to the expansion of the company the volume of the entering tasks of legal department and also the related information considerably increased. Job accounting was carried out by each employee in Excel files that did not allow to plan and control effectively activity of department, led to non-optimal loading of employees. The management of department appealed to 1C-KPD company about automation of accounting of tasks of department. Specialists of 1C-KPD company carried out the analysis of document flow of legal department, revealed and formalized needs of employees. On dashing about of the analysis the offer on execution of works on job accounting system implementation based on 1C: Document Flow CORP was created. The software product was bought by Cherkizovo group that allowed to minimize costs for system implementation of accounting of tasks based on 1C: Document Flow CORP

Taking into account the carried-out analysis completion and tuning of a standard configuration was performed. At the same time completion consisted in creation of the predetermined additional details of incoming documents using which registration of tasks was executed. The list forms and a form of an element of incoming documents ensuring more convenient functioning with information were finished. Also the reports allowing to obtain information in different cuts with different extent of detailing of data were developed.
