Specialists of USK MOST company in two decades constructed and reconstructed several thousands of engineering constructions across all Russia. In a company asset bridges and tunnels, new lines of the subway, hydraulic engineering constructions, infrastructure of the airports. The bridge crossing to Russky Island through the Eastern Bosphorus Strait in Vladivostok more than 3 km long is recently put in operation, the company surely develops.

Document flow (ECM) Maintaining nomenclature of affairs Office-work Accounting of agreements Accounting and control of execution of instructions Accounting and document storage Maintenance: Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version) Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed Description The choice of a system decided by such factors active development of a product and a possibility of seamless integration on other information systems which are already implemented at the enterprise automated systems "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and also such factors as: prostate and convenience of using, intuitive interface, low cost, readiness of staff of 1C-KPD LLC for dialog and help in creation of regulating documents. Implementation was decided to conduct step by step. In March, 2012 the working group of the staff of the secretariat of USK MOST company and the staff of 1C-KPD LLC started implementation of the module of registration and working off of the entering and outgoing documents, further passed to implementation of the module of organizational and administrative documents, subsystems of agreements, internal documents, the system of management and quality, the system of environmental control, etc.

Programmers of 1C-KPD LLC for convenience of work of users made several completions:

• a visual mark of the document according to which all tasks are complete,
• a printability of envelopes from a card of the outgoing document,
• a possibility of processing of the tasks delivered to the contractor in a system document flow by the return letter from e-mail that is relevant for the employees who are in business trips and on objects where there is no accessibility to corporate network
• and others.
