On March 17, 2014 it became known of a complex implementation project of a system "1C: Medicine. Hospital" in Clinical center of the First MGMU of I.M. Sechenov.
Project Tasks
Earlier the staff of Clinical center of the First MGMU of I.M. Sechenov had to use the diverse software for the solution of each task – works of registry, accounting of services, patients, drugstores, a warehouse, a dietary power supply. Due to the lack of data integration, the same information on the patient had to be entered repeatedly.
Within the federal program of upgrade of health care the clinical center of the First MGMU of I.M. Sechenov received 47 million rubles on information technology development.
Within this budget in Clinical center of the University the complex project which part were is implemented:
- delivery of the IT equipment,
- creation of the protected segment of a local computer network
- implementation of uniform automated information system on a product line "1C: Medicine".
1C company provided coaching over the project.
The choice of the 1C Platform is caused by a victory in tender on automation of organization.
Project Progress
In the project the solution "1C: Medicine is used . The hospital" - on its basis is created an end-to-end medical information system, management of flows of patients is optimized, the personified accounting of the provided medical care and settlement with partners is entered.
Project Results
All divisions of Clinical center in 19 body, in different parts of Moscow are automated.
By March 18, 2014 800 automated jobs are created. Implementation and personnel training took 4 months. Upgrade of computers, network infrastructure is carried out to this time frame.
The number of employees in registries of divisions of Clinical center is cut by implementation of electronic registry by half, holding time of one patient, taking into account use of automatic verification of policies of compulsory health insurance and momentariness of information input, is minimized.
