Mav of Jeans carried out complex implementing solutions of accounting and management from 1C

On March 17, 2014 The First BIT company announced the final of the project of complex automation of activity of Mavi Jeans LLC within which the software solution "1C: Accounting 8" is implemented.

Project Tasks

Planning the organization of work of representation according to the highest standards, the management of Mavi Jeans made the decision to automate business processes of the company on the basis of the ERP system and solutions of 1C Company.

Project Results

Specialists of the company "First BIT" carried out implementation of programs "1C: Accounting 8" "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" "1C: Trade 8" "1C: Retail 8", provided user training.

Automatic data exchange between applications of a system is adjusted, integration with a corporate system of the company is carried out. As a result Mavi Jeans received an end-to-end information system by means of which implementation are automated:

• accounting
• finance division
• HR department
• sales department and works with clients
• service of marketing
• retail store.

Timur Fatkullin, the Chief information officer of Mavi Jeans, noted: "As a result of project implementation of implementation work of the front office, a back office, accounting and HR was joint. It helped us to organize processes of management of a trading activity effectively. As a result already at the initial stage of activity in Russia we could provide to buyers high-quality service and provide them with products according to the set delivery time and in required quantity. At the moment in a completion stage there is a project on integration of the created information system with the ERP system of management company that will allow to create more quickly orders to the Turkish supplier".
