QM-Bank is the specialized mail solution for operational informing clients of banks on a status of accounts on e-mail.

On March 19, 2014 the Servionica company and Quickme company announced release of the joint specialized mail solution for QM-Bank banks.

Description

The hardware-software solution "Server of Informing Clients of QM-Bank Bank" conforms to the requirement of 161 Federal Law "On the National Payment System" which became effective since January 1, 2014. According to this act, banks are obliged to inform clients on the movement on their accounts.

Functionality

  • Creation/removal of electronic mailboxes through documentary API,
  • Access for users to electronic mailboxes via the web interface, Outlook and smartphones,
  • Automatic adjustment of the account of e-mail on iOS, Android, MS Outlook,
  • Access for users to electronic mailboxes through POP3/IMAP/SMTP,
  • Readdressing of e-mail,
  • Spam filter, sending and receiving e-mail only from certain domains and the e-mail addresses (there is no spam mailings),
  • Storage of history of informing clients within three years.

Conditions of providing QM-Bank service include in details worked high-level SLA (Service Level Agreement) within which it is provided:

  • Availability of service in the round-the-clock mode.
  • Downtime - no more than 48 hours a year.
  • The recovery time of service in case of accident - no more than 4 hours.
  • Backup: a daily complete backup (with a retrospective - one month) + an hourly incremental backup.
  • Technical support 8*5.
  • Selection of the separate working group for first technical support is possible.
  • Possibility of setup of service "under the client".

Alexander Kurenkov, the development director of online services of Servionica company, noted: "From all opportunities of informing clients mailing by e-mail as practice shows, appears more effective, than the SMS. Possibilities of our solution allow to guarantee to 100% delivery of the message with significantly smaller costs, than mailing of Sms".
