"City taxi" automates work of dispatching office

On March 21, 2014 it became known of implementation in the company of the taxi of the city of Brest of the Taxi of City of the automation system of work of dispatching service Infinity Taxi. The integrator in an implementation project is Weathervane Sale company.

Project Tasks

The owner Taksi City Shevchenko Alexey resolved an issue of automation of work of dispatching service. After studying of different programs, a choice is made for benefit of Infinity Taxi.

Project Progress

At the time of acquisition of the program in the company the simple dispatching office worked. To qualitatively process all calls it was represented by a difficult task for 2-3 managers who are constantly in office. About maintaining the systematized base of orders of the speech was not: all calls were fixed only on paper, it was difficult to find information on a call of ten-minute prescription.

Project Results

Before implementation of the automation equipment, orders received a little – the organization by that moment worked two months. Now in the company 22 cars, they perform 400-450 orders for change, on average.
