On March 19, 2014 it became known of the project of Etton company implemented for the benefit of administration of the Tver region for program monitoring of an overhaul by citizens - inhabitants of the region.
Project Tasks
Creation of the regional operator and formation of programs of an overhaul – obligatory actions for all regions of the Russian Federation.
According to the adopted laws, fund raising on an overhaul of houses is assigned to citizens. First, citizens select an accumulation method: on own account of the house or on the account of regional operator. Secondly, monthly pay contributions to an overhaul. Thirdly, control expenses on the carried-out works.
That owners of property precisely knew for what and as their means are spent, work of the regional operator should become maximum available and transparent. Also citizens should understand when and what work types will be performed in their houses.
Project Progress
The Etton company created an information system which will help to automate work of the regional operator of an overhaul.
