FTS transferred service of the equipment to the third-party contractor

On March 25, 2014 the Technoserv company announced the beginning of rendering services in outsourcing service of the IT equipment in regional divisions of the Federal Tax Service (FTS).

Project Tasks

According to results of open competitions, Technoserv signed contracts with the Departments of FNS of Russia in Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Buryatia, the Kaliningrad, Kirov, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and Rostov regions, interregional inspection No. 9 (St. Petersburg). According to these contracts on service Technoserv until the end of 2014 has several thousands of units of the IT equipment in more than 320 regional divisions of FTS.

As a part of the IT equipment: server and computing hardware, disk arrays, tape libraries, firewalls, uninterruptible power supply units.

Project Progress

The range of services includes:

• planned procedural and preventive services,
• consulting services,
• services in prevention of emergence of failures and maintenance of the equipment.

Besides, specialists Technoserv should book audit of a status transferred to service technicians and to create the conclusion about expediency of expansion or upgrade of IT infrastructure and the equipment of department.

The technical support service Technoserv within these contracts will become for specialists of FTS "single window" concerning operation and diagnostics of the IT equipment, localization and fault recovery.
