Project Tasks

Automation of the actual accounting and planning ― part of an ambitious task of transformation of business processes of JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus, which purpose ― creation of a highly effective management system of one of the largest gas transmission companies of Eastern Europe. The management information system of the enterprise promotes optimization of the main task of JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus ― to ensuring regular gas supply of consumers of Republic of Belarus and transit of natural gas across the territory of the country.

Having selected the SAP HANA platform for implementation of the large-scale project, the management of JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus made the decision on step-by-step input of the created unified information system, and start of each new stage began at the same time in all divisions.

Project Progress

Results appeared already at the first stages of implementation. Feature of the project in JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus and consultants of IBA Group - implementation of the tasks within the standard solution and accounting system implementation in 17 branches and administration of JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus.

According to the results of the initial stage of the project more than 2 thousand users obtained reliable information in real time. Centralized operation finance, agreements and logistics, organizes the system of budget management, the income and expenditure budget formed.

Transition of all divisions to a single system of the normative reference information is executed, planning processes and accounting of maintenance and repair of the equipment and also capital construction are automated. It allowed to accelerate calculations and to increase organizational discipline, to reduce approval of payments of branches to 1 day.

On the next stage the budgeting system, business planning and analytics was created, payroll is automated.

Project Results

On September 24, 2015 the SAP CIS company and JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus announced project completion on implementation of a management information system of the enterprise on the SAP HANA platform.

The actual start of business optimization of JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus was laid in 2011.
