Regola implements accounting of material values and archives – carrying out inventory became quicker and more effectively, hours-long bypasses of premises remained in the past. The hardware and software system Regola uses the system of contactless identification of RFID and allows to register instantly objects within a reader range.

Regola uses the domestic software for the portable reader running Windows CE. The interface is intuitive, adapted for any unprepared user - instructing in use of the program takes no more than 10-15 minutes.

The software is selected in two separate functional modules:

• Regola-Markirovka - it is used for primary identification of fixed assets.
• At a stage of marking gluing of RFID of tags on inventory items and comparison of their identifying code to the name of value in the inventory sheet is executed.
• Regola-Inventarization - a principal component for carrying out inventory, search and write-off of fixed assets of the enterprise.
• Regola-Inventarization creates the list of all premises and identifies all inventory items from the inventory sheet.

For work with a large number of readers and user licenses the server Regola version RFID identification is delivered.

Automation of archives

Archive – organization most of which of all needs the accuracy of a card file and convenience of search of necessary documents. Modern archives assume storage of card files and directories of information in electronic form. Regola - automation of archives provides a possibility of exact structuring the electronic directory, allows to learn – there is a document in archive or "on hands", to define date of issue and the identity of the issued and taken employee.
