Mobile application of 1C Orders

In March, 2014 1C announced release of the beta of the mobile application of 1C Orders intended for sales managers or sales representatives who need to take orders from clients out of office.

To 1C Orders it is available to downloading in app stores Goоgle Play and App Store. The application is implemented on mobile version of the platform "1C:Enterprise 8", and its interface is optimized for smartphones.

Among opportunities of 1C Orders - registration of clients and information on them (the name, pattern of ownership, legal information), delivery conditions (time, the address), contact information (a name, the address, phone, email), commission of calls to the client, sendings the SMS or E-Mail. In addition, in the application it is possible to keep the list of goods in which to specify the name, one or several prices, the article, unit of measure, a VAT rate, if necessary - to group goods in any sign and also to automatically load the prices of goods from the Microsoft Excel files (Table XML).

The application also allows to take orders for goods and services from clients using Basket in which quick search of goods, filtering of goods on groups of goods, filtering of the goods included in the order is available. Among other opportunities - providing discounts in percent or the amount, adding of new goods or services in receptive period of the order and fast viewing urgent, expired, current and complete orders.

As developers say, the application can be used completely independently, and can be also synchronized with the automation system installed at office of the company: at the time of release it is the application solutions "1C: Trade Management 8" of edition 11.1 and "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0". At synchronization information on goods, the prices, clients, sales terms and order statuses is autocompleted. In Basket opportunity of filtering of goods for their existence in warehouses of the enterprise is given (only available).

1C Orders became the fourth application which was released by 1C. In 2013 the company released the applications "1C: Document Flow" - the mobile client for the 1C: Document Flow CORP and 1C: Document Flow of DGU configurations, "1C: The ERP monitor", implementing basic opportunities of monitoring of target indicators, viewing reports, viewing information on partners together with the boxed solution "1C: Trade Management 8" and also the 1C: Small Business Management application.

1C told TAdviser that two the last of them became available in the status of the final version since July and October, 2013 respectively.
