The investigation department of the IC RF across the Orenburg region implements EDMS

On March 26, 2014 it became known implementation of the software package "SUPERVISION" in Investigation department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Orenburg region. The project was implemented by Medialux company.

Project Tasks

The tasks designated by the customer as key:

• unification of an operating procedure with documents;
• organization of control of execution of instructions of the guide and solutions;
• the organization of access (in real time) workers to documents with differentiation of access rights according to job responsibilities;
• automation of maintaining the special magazines used in investigative office-work;
• reduction of unproductive manual operations on search and information processing.

The expected result of implementation and project objective - increase in efficiency of activity of a system of investigating bodies of the region due to more rational use of working time of employees and optimization of work with documentary information.

Project Progress

Implementation of AIK "SUPERVISION" is carried out according to the scheme tested for such structures - according to internal regulations of department.

The project was broken into two stages. The main aspect - consolidation within a single system of document flow of "head" Investigation department of area and the interdistrict investigative departments (IID).

On a preparatory stage the Medialux company inspected and studied specifics of work with documents in SU of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Orenburg region. Setup of AIK "SUPERVISION" according to regulating documents and results of inspection is made.

At the first stage AIK "SUPERVISION" was set in division of office-work, in central office, connected 18 regional MSO to a system.

Then a system was installed on jobs. A closing stage of this stage - group training of employees to work in the systems of AIK "SUPERVISION".

Project Results

On execution of the project three weeks were required.

Main results:

• automation of office-work in central office of SU of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Orenburg region and MSO;
• creation of the single database of documents of interdistrict departments and central office of SU across the Orenburg region;
• providing conditions for gradation to paperless electronic document management between MSO and SU across the Orenburg region.
