KazMicroFinance started the system of e-learning

On March 26, 2014 the Mirapolis company announced system implementation of distance learning in microcredit institution of Kazakhstan - KazMicroFinance.

Project Tasks

To train a large number of the personnel scattered across the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is necessary to organize difficult process of training of teachers and business trips, to allow a personnel separation from work, to spend for lease of premises and to waste time for the organization of the internal training actions. Besides, the remoteness of branches prevents to obtain up-to-date information to the staff of the company in one and too time.

For the solution of these questions the management of a CIE of "KMF" decided to implement the system of distance learning in the company. Specialists of a CIE of "KMF" carried out market research of system providers and stopped on the solution Mirapolis Learning Management System.

Project Results

Specialists of Mirapolis and CIE of "KMF" carried out setup specially under business processes of a CIE of "KMF" that to start training in short terms. Setup of a system was performed so that the staff of the company could adapt to it easily and quickly.
