Kuban-Ti and OntargIT completed an implementation project of ERP

On March 27, 2014 the OntargIT company announced the beginning of an implementation project of the software solution on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 platform in an IT landscape of Kuban-Ti LLC.

Project Tasks

Responsibility to the consumer, modern approach to business, need of further development induced the management of Kuban-Ti LLC to optimize IT strategy and to make the decision on replacement of the separate systems with the uniform management tool with business processes. After the careful analysis of IT solutions, a choice was made for benefit of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Qadeer Balayev, the CEO of Kuban-Ti LLC, told: "We are faced by a serious problem – to optimize company management in general. Using Microsoft Dynamics AX, we are going to reorganize and optimize planning processes and productions, to create a common information space for all divisions. We are convinced that in the ERP system selected by us the best world practices of management are put, and we intend to use them at full capacity".

The implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in Kuban-Ti is executed by OntargIT company, together with the partner - consulting company Respect Solution.

Project Progress

In plans of the company – to develop the solution on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in two stages:

• Business process automation of production and trade.
  • Within this stage Microsoft Dynamics AX will solve the problems connected with maintaining specifications, routes and production accounting, planning and production control and purchases (MRP), sales, warehouse transactions, settlings with suppliers and clients, partially financial and banking activities.

• AX * B will also activate the Role centers which provide quick access to necessary analytical and operational information and also the global system of approvals of processes. Modern tools will help with effective and operational acceptance of management decisions.

• Finance and Budgeting.

Igor Vasilenko, the director of OntargIT consulting, noted: "The project is interesting that in its framework there are two different types of production – packing of tea and production of canning products. At the same time the task of unification of document flow and approaches in support production business of processes is set. Also it is going to configure uniform supervisory center behind processes based on the technologies of integration of AX recommended to Microsoft with mobile applications".

2015

September 15, 2015. The Kuban-Ti company and OntargIT company announced^[1] about project completion of implementation and about successful commercial operation of the Microsoft Dynamics AX enterprise management system. A system was necessary for replacement of the separate systems and programs with the uniform modern management tool with production and corporate business processes of two different types of production.

For project implementation the Microsoft partner certified by gold ERP — OntargIT company was selected.

Specialists of OntargIT, applying methodology of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step (MDSS) at implementation, made process of system implementation clear and transparent, and its results predictable and achievable that, in turn, Kuban-Ti completely meets the requirements and tasks.

The project was begun in December, 2013, and in 9 months a system was put into commercial operation. And already a year single solution of enterprise management is successfully used by employees and managers of the company.

Within the project business processes of both tea, and canning production are automated, integration with the PCS systems of a production equipment is made, full quality control of production is provided, warehouse transactions and logistics, including integration with the specialized WMS system are automated in full, financial accounting is automated and also the system of comprehensive planning of activity of the enterprise within strategic and operational management both by production, and all enterprise in general is implemented, integration with an accounting system is provided.

Important feature is implementation in AX of 2012 preconfigured role centers of heads. Their activation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX with mobile applications allows to provide quick access to necessary analytical and operational information and also to the global system of approvals of processes.
