On March 26, 2014 it became known of the beginning of project implementation on creation of multipoint video conference between general directorate of Federal State Unitary Enterprise The State Corporation on Air Traffic Management and branches. The contractor in the project Stins Coman integrator.
Project Tasks
The project for "State corporation on air traffic management" - the Russian regulator in the field of air traffic, assumes creation of the situational hall where in addition to a video conferencing it is necessary to unroll the system of collective display of diverse information, including - from the different specialized management information systems. The project will help to bring quality of interaction between objects of state corporation to new level and will provide the solution of a broad spectrum of office questions without the need for visit of branches.

On March 18, 2015 the Stins Coman company completed the project of creation of a system of a multipoint video conferencing for Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Corporation on Air Traffic Management[1].
The cost of the contract was 37.4 million rubles.
A system provides operational exchange of different types of information between the central office, general directorate and branches of management located across all Russia — from Khabarovsk to Simferopol.

The system of a multipoint video conferencing represents a hardware and software system from the central studio in general directorate and 16 group terminals of a video conferencing in remote branches. Gives the chance to hold video conferencing sessions in the modes a point-to-point and a multipoint video conferencing.
Mobile subscribers using MS Lync software under the SIP protocol can participate in a session of a video conferencing.
