On March 26, 2014 it became known of start of service of Videozvonok by Telecom-Express company for clients of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
Project Tasks
The service of Videozvonok on a technology platform Telecom Express gives the chance of visual communication between the call center operator and the client that mainly at remote customer service.
Clients of the Pension fund can set voice connection with the operator, at the same time the video session automatically begins. Service of a video conversation is started on the website of RPF.
