Inspection of state ecosupervision of Kamchatka Krai automates accounting of supervising and security actions

On March 26, 2014 it became known of implementation in Inspection of the state ecological supervision of Kamchatka Krai of a system "to BARS. Ecosupervision" - for accounting of service of regional state ecological supervision.

Project Tasks

The solution is created for the regional inspection conducting supervision of a status of an atmospheric air, a radiation situation, protection of water bodies (except for the water bodies which are subject to federal state supervision), the address with waste (except for radioactive waste), protection and use of especially protected natural territories (except for OOPT which are subject to federal state supervision), observance of the ozone legislation and the legislation on environmental assessment.

Inspection controls an ecological status of the territory of 464.3 thousand km ². Under the supervision of department more than 24 thousand subjects of business and other activities. For this purpose inspection holds control events (raids on inspection of territories), scheduled and unscheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Proceedings on administrative offenses (protocols on administrative offenses are formed) are as a result initiated, administrative investigations are made. Violators are brought to the administrative responsibility – directly by inspectorate or court, instructions about elimination of violations of the nature protection legislation and idea of elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting commission of administrative offenses are entered.

"A system allows to trace at what stage there is a work of each state inspector what documents are created during conducting raids, checks, initiation of proceedings about administrative offenses, conducting administrative investigations, decision makings about administrative prosecution", – Valery Simakov, the head of inspection told.
