Nasosenergomash begins implementation of EDMS

On March 27, 2014 it became known - "The Sumy plant "Nasosenergomash" signed the contract with Galaktika corporation on acquisition and system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) of Directum.

Project Tasks

The first stage of implementation it is necessary to configure work of electronic office:

• uniform registration of all incoming correspondence,
• registration of location of the paper document,
• control over timely execution of instructions and resolutions,
• quick search of necessary information on a status and movement of paper documents.

Project Progress

For implementation of this stage of implementation examination of business processes at the plant is conducted, and based on inspection the technical specifications on automation of the operating business processes of century are developed EDMS Directum.

Afterwards in a system it is necessary to configure problems of business process management, management of electronic documents of the enterprise (creation of document revisions, change of the status of documents, approval and control of performance of agreements and other documents).

For mastering by IT specialists of the plant of a new system carrying out training by the certified teachers of the Directum system – the staff of the Central office of Galaktika corporation is provided.
