Sibur completed creation the systems of the formation of the corporate reporting

On March 31, 2014 FORS Group announced project completion of upgrade of a system of the monthly corporate reporting in JSC SIBUR Holding implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA).

Project Progress

In 7 months migration of subsystems of financial planning and the international financial statements existing on different versions of software on upgraded version of the Oracle EPMA platform is carried out, and on their base the uniform upgraded reporting system, including integration into Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is created.

The project is executed by specialists of FORS.

Petrova Aleksandra, the director of the corporate reporting and controlling of the SIBUR, noted: "We are satisfied with result. During the project it was executed much more tasks, than it was planned. Highly professional approach of a command of FORS helped to solve in short terms even the most difficult, uncommon problems".

Ilya Zyryanov, the CIO of the SIBUR, emphasized: "Complete upgrade and consolidation of two systems was carried out to short terms that for the project of similar scale not easy. Harmonious work of a command of the SIBUR, the contractor and vendor served as the key to success".

Five subsystems at four levels of data processing collecting detailed data, implementing storage, loading, consolidation of reporting data and preparation of the reporting are composition.

Project Results

Several tens of reports with complete unloading of data for the last four years according to four different scenarios are postponed for the new platform (to the annual strategic plan, the monthly plan, quarter actual according to IFRS and monthly actual according to IFRS).

Upon the demand of the customer 15 new reports are developed. The management of scenarios helps to receive summary financial performance, budgets, forecasts and plans. Regular detailed reports contain exact financial information in the set format both for internal control and management, and for the external controlling and governmental bodies.

Import of data from the accounting systems of the enterprises of JSC SIBUR Holding is provided. Secure access of users to financial information is implemented by means of the browser. One of key features of the project – the successful solution of a problem of detailing of the consolidated data in scales of all holding up to the level of accounting of divisions of a single enterprise.
