"RAVK" started the portal of regional electronic biddings

On March 31, 2014 the NAUMEN company announced completion of creation and start of the electronic trading system of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic – sakhaeltorg.ru.

A new system - the Internet service integrating the portal of purchases and the electronic marketplace (EM) for the enterprises and building of purchasing activity according to requirements of law No. 223-FZ. Operator of the electronic trading system RAVK company.

Project Results

sakhaeltorg.ru is created on the Naumen GPMS-purchase management platform. It is the first regional electronic trading system in the territory of Yakutia, it provides holding procurement procedures on the Internet according to requirements of Federal law No. 223-FZ of 7/18/2011.

"The sakhaeltorg.ru system developed by professionals of NAUMEN contains a set of convenient tools for tendering in electronic form – Vladimir Volokitin, the CEO of RAVK LLC told. – Considering our requirements, the developer executed the project according to our requirements and in the shortest possible time. Earlier we were going to use the platform from other producer, but because of its limited opportunities were forced to refuse. At the moment we only begin activity of the platform regarding ensuring carrying out purchases on 223-FZ, further we are going to expand its functionality for holding electronic auctions on increase, sales of property of bankrupts according to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation) of February 15, 2010 N 54 and also sales of the state and municipal property according to requirements of Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 860 of 8/27/2012".

"In a project deliverable the customer received the electronic marketplace working at a basis of the software solution Naumen GPMS which is successfully used today by more than 50 thousand organizers of purchases in different regions of Russia. It is especially pleasant to me to note that with start of the sakhaeltorg.ru marketplace, the first in the republic, the enterprises and the organizations had an opportunity by a convenient method to carry out purchases according to requirements 223-FZ", – Anna Kuznetsova, the head on development of the direction of automation of purchases, NAUMEN noted.
