SkillsCloud - B2B platform is an online platform that allows legal entities (B2B sector) to exchange temporarily available labor resources. Participants of the system can simultaneously act as a supplier and consumer of expertise, attracting highly qualified specialists to projects/teams, or transferring their free time to third-party companies.

SkillsCloud is a fundamentally new solution that has no analogues anywhere in the world. The service forms a new niche located in the conceptual field of outsourcing, services of personnel agencies, online search and recruitment services, but with fundamentally innovative tools, thanks to which the same processes are carried out with greater efficiency and at a qualitatively new level.

In the crisis of 2008, TEAM FORCE brought to the market the service of "leasing project teams." For the next five years, the company specialized in project provision and personnel administration of temporary labor collectives or individual expertise, mainly for the IT sector. A really serious success came with a winning tender to support the corporate information system in Gazprom's largest mining subsidiary, after which the company acquired a stable positive reputation in the SAP market. In 2011-2012, our customers were Severstal, OMK, TNK-BP, Bashneft, Gazprom Neft, IBM, CROC, ARTEXes Technology, Invento, etc.

By 2013, more than 3,000 employees were involved in various projects, over the years the company has opened branches in Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Domodedovo, a separate division in Yaroslavl. Our clients include Samsung, AkzoNobel Decor, Evrazia Logistic, Teva, Servier, X5, M-Video, ARTEXes Technology (formerly Arteks-Neftegaz), Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Korus Consulting, Ai-Tekesto, IBS, Rosneft and other Russian and foreign companies. In 2012, TEAM FORCE formulated the concept of project redistribution of temporarily available labor (SmartStaffing), and began work on the development of this area.

Description

The innovative IT-HR solution is designed to help combat the industry's workforce gap by redeplaying temporarily available staff members between SkillsCloud member companies.

SmartStaffing technology, on which the site is based, helps participants to provide their resources for participation in third-party projects without withdrawal from the state, attract specialists from other companies on similar terms and consolidate expertise, forming project teams with optimal numerical content and a set of competencies.

Process part

As a product, SkillsCloud is a B2B portal where registered employers publish information about the company's design needs and the design availability of their labor resources, indicating qualifications, free time, etc.

As a result, a resource base is formed with up-to-date information about temporarily available specialists and project vacancies for them, the ability to select ready-made project teams, equipped with infrastructure for direct interaction of professional community members in the implementation of large distributed projects.

Target audience

The service is aimed at employers: only representatives of companies receive access to the resource base, only full-time employees of registered companies can act as an examination. This approach ensures transparency of business processes and significantly reduces the risks of unfair behavior of participants - both in terms of dubious transactions and in relation to poaching employees.
