For April, 2014 in an asset of Beaton Group:

• three stationary asphalt concrete plants,
• 2 mobile productions of asphalt concrete,
• 4 stationary plants on production of commodity concrete and solutions,
• 1 mobile concrete plant,
• 3 crushing grading units,
• cement elevators,
• granite pit in the Leningrad Region,
• own park of the specialized equipment.

Performance Indicators

At the end of 2013 Beaton Group wins first place on the volume of the shipped asphalt concrete and surely keeps in top three on amounts of the shipped concrete in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

History

At the beginning of March, 2014 the Beaton group started the new concrete plant in the Southwest of St. Petersburg on Volkhonskoye Highway, 4. Power of the new plant is 120 CBM per hour.

In 1.5 months the group completely prepared new production for start. Asphalting of the production site, installation of power supply networks, assembly and warming of production capacities of the plant was carried out.

Process of installation took place under control of specialists of the Italian company "CIFA" - producer company. At the last stage of preparation of the plant testing of the equipment, production of trial concrete and personnel training was held.

Having opened new production on Volkhonskoye Highway, Beaton Group strengthened the positions in the Southwest of St. Petersburg. The housing and commercial development of the southwest direction promptly gains steam. Reduction of a shoulder of delivery will allow construction companies of the Southwest of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region to receive commodity concrete from Beaton on more attractive conditions.
