Duty free Partners (LS Retail Navision)

The Dyyuti Fri Partners company automates business processes based on the Microsoft Business Solution Navision 4.0 software product and the specialized solution for management of retail of LS Retail NAV. The project is implemented by IBS company (file). The Russian-German company "Dyyuti Fri Partners" is an operator of retail network of duty-free trade at the international airport Sheremetyevo. The company is engaged in distribution of goods for duty-free trade both through intermediary firms, and using own retail chain stores.

Within the project it is required to automate a commodity circuit: from the moment of delivery of goods before its retail sale in duty-free shops and also preparation and storage of all accompanying reporting. ERP system will cover the following business processes: maintaining range; loading of the reference book of goods from the central database; maintaining certificates; order management, deliveries, warehouse; pricing and loyalty system; sales of goods in shops; customs procedures and reporting; unloading of data on sales for the central database, unloading of data for an accounting system.

Distinctive feature of the project is implementation in the ERP system of the business processes characteristic of duty-free trade: accounting of goods by the cargo customs declaration and different customs regimes, change of a customs regime, formation of the normative customs reporting, sales accounting at round-the-clock operation of shop, settlings with buyers in any currency.

The project was initiated in August, 2009. Now a system is brought into productive operation at the central office. Until the end of November a system should be implemented in 10 shops and in a warehouse of the company. In the ERP system 20 people will work.
