The R-Keeper v.7 system at new conceptual restaurant Le Boat

The UCS SPb company automated Le Boat restaurant. The new project from founders of legendary FermA is open in March of this year on Sinopskaya Embankment of St. Petersburg.

The slogan "Stylish Food for Every Day" realizes the concept of the institution designed to unite an elegant interior, high kitchen and the democratic prices. Three these components form a unique tandem which is already warmly accepted by the St. Petersburg public and it will be obligatory to have the devoted admirers.

For effective work of restaurant and improvement of service quality of guests by founders of the project the R-Keeper v.7 automation system was selected. The hardware and software system allows to consider all nuances of functioning of an institution, to configure, edit, expand and supplement any reference books, types of guests, report types, screen and printed forms as it is necessary and it is convenient for work.

The software consisting of different system modules which satisfy all requirements of business processes is implemented. Modules for work of linear personnel supply 5 jobs of cashiers and waiters. R-Keeper installation – the manager using whom two workplaces are equipped is carried out. Armoring of tables at restaurant is performed via the reservation module. An inventory control is carried out thanks to the StoreHouse v.4 program. with the interface for 1C of accounting that allows to perform data exchange between two systems. For programs of loyalty a Personal deposit and discount system is provided.

Installation of a software module of WEB Monitoring of the Server – R-Keeper Monitor using which online, from any computer with access point in the Internet it is possible to receive necessary data from the cash server whether it be - an expense of dishes, revenue or other important data is made. The kitchen of restaurant is equipped service printers on which data on each new order, the accepted waiter arrive. Using the station with the touch monitor, the worker quickly drives in all data and the brand of the order in which there can be a simple transfer of dishes goes to service printer, and the order with breakdown by rates can be submitted (i.e. with indication of a priority of their preparation). At the same time all data on sales come to the StoreHouse system for conducting necessary document flow.

Thanks to the R-Keeper v.7 system all processes are automated: acceptance of the order, its transfer on kitchen, accounting and the reporting. Thus, there is a significant saving of time, the quality of service improves, errors at information transfer are excluded, work of an institution becomes more effective and less labor-consuming.
