In February, 2013 the Impakt DV company (child branch of Impact-Soft company in Ussuriysk) completed system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in JSC Primsnabkontrakt company.

About the Customer

JSC Primsnabkontrakt is the Ussuriysk cardboard plant which is only the operating enterprise of Siberia and the Far East producing tare cardboard and paper for corrugation based on use of secondary raw materials - waste paper. The enterprise totals about 1 thousand employees.

Project Progress

Specialists of Impakt DV company performed implementation of the following modules Microsoft Dynamics NAV:

  • "Purchases and suppliers"
  • "Sales and clients"
  • "Inventory control"
  • "Fixed asset accounting"
  • "Finance and accounting"
  • "Production" (it is completely developed by specialists of Impakt DV company), etc.

Key features of the project

Sergey Chebakov, CEO of Impakt DV: "Development of the module "Production" was rather difficult. During development several times it was necessary to specify operation algorithms of users in workshops. Practical work revealed many subtleties of production which needed to be solved as administrative methods, and by programming. Before specialists of Impakt DV there Were several new tasks:

  • Automatic formation of cost of services of sales office in requests of clients and orders of sale;
  • Management of pricing of finished goods;
  • Budget Staff list.

The solution of these tasks demanded extra time, but all assigned tasks before a System were carried out in full".

Besides, specialists of Impakt DV company at the JSC Primsnabkontrakt enterprise implemented add-on functional modules (tasks):

  • "Job order production"
  • "Payment schedule"
  • "Sales office. Requests of Clients"
  • "Accounting of work of motor transport"
  • "Budget of cash flow"
  • "Elements of the income and expenditure budget"

Development perspectives

Further work on connection of other standard modules and development of the new tasks reflecting specifics of activity of JSC Primsnabkontrakt company, for example can be continued by specialists of Impakt DV:

  • The organization of accounting in Microsoft Dynamics NAV of other companies of Holding;
  • Consolidation of management accounting in the consolidating company of Holding;
  • Development of the system of Maintenance and Repair of the Equipment (TORO);
  • Integration into the program of accounting of GLONAS motor transport;
  • Integration with the Management System for Document Flow (MSDF);
  • Integration with the Control system and Accounting of Access (ACS);
  • Integration with the Quality Management System (QMS);
  • Accounting in retail trade of shops.
