"International bank of Azerbaijan", one of the largest banks in the country whose state totals more than 1300 employees, expands use of a personnel management system and payroll of HRB at head office and 36 branches.
Earlier, according to the customer, in bank branches a number of the isolated systems which support required essential finance costs functioned, considering often changing legislation. Besides, consolidation of data in head bank was also complicated. Therefore in 2008 the decision to expand use of the HRB system was made.
Initially this system was developed by Robertson&Blums corporation. After acquisition of the developer by the Amazing Global Technologies group it was stated that a system will move ahead under the ASAP HCM brand. However, as representatives of AGroup company reported TAdviser, it redeemed all rights to further development and promotion of a system under the former HRB brand.
Earlier a system was used in bank only for payroll. Within the new project it is supposed to implement modules of personnel management and to construct the single integrated system. As the contractor the RBC Group company was selected.
As a result the management of bank expects to achieve unification of all personnel transactions, to organize complex accounting of all necessary information on the quantitative and qualitative structure of bank staff, to staff costs. The time recording should be completely automated, except for input of deviations from the diagrams which are not provided by orders and documents of personnel records. Payroll and tax deductions is also supposed to be automated on the basis of data on a worked time, awards, holidays and sick-lists, business trips.
Thanks to creation of the uniform centralized and interconnected software package the management hopes to minimize costs for support of software. And the exception of repeated input of the same data by different divisions should lead to reduction of labor costs of HR specialists and settlement departments.
