Within upgrade of IT systems of JSC Krastsvetmet by specialists of Technologika company the corporate portal which became a link between all often used internal resources of the organization, area for the general work with documents and files was developed and implemented and also represented a common information space for all employees.
In addition to typical sections of the portal, such as news and calendars, portal contains sections, atypical, but important for life of the enterprise. For example, the phonebook, photo and the video galleries registered in the form of a slideshow.
The portal is executed on the basis of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 that allowed to apply modern flexible style in design of the graphical interface. Designers of Technologika developed the special color scheme executed in corporate flowers of JSC Krastsvetmet.
The project started in October, 2013 with writing of technical specifications, it was handed over in proper terms in March, 2013, underwent trial operation and is now used by employees according to tasks.
