"Logic: The financial dock" (before the Logician EKHD. Financial documents) is a solution for management of financial document flow and consolidations of financial function on platforms IBM FileNet and ABBYY FlexiCapture. A system provides the centralized processing and storage finance documents and access to them in the organizations of any scale, including geographically distributed.

Logic of EHD. Finance documents - the solution for stream input and electronic storage of primary finance documents. A system is created on the platform of the solution of stream input of information of ABBYY and IBM FileNet. In composition: scanning stations, recognitions and verifications of documents on the basis of solutions of ABBYY and the system of electronic archive of documents constructed on the IBM FileNet platform.

As of May, 2014 latest version of the solution "Logic of EHD." More than 80 functional completions over a reference platform contain finance documents. The solution supports all operation cycle and storages of finance documents: scanning and recognition, loading in storage, storage, processing and approval of a packet of primary accounting documents, recognition and linking with the accounting system. The functional volume of the solution is created together with customers of Business Logic and reflects the best practices in the field of management of primary financial documentation.

One of the most important conditions of ensuring effective activity of any organization — quality of work with financial documentation. Most the large organizations and holdings for processing of primary financial documentation (accounts, invoices and other) passes to use of the centralized accounting.

Centralization means that tens of filial accounting integrate in several service centers which service several branches and subsidiary companies. Such consolidation of resources several times reduces the staff of accountants that significantly reduces costs for conducting all accounting transactions.
