The committee on informatization and communication implements a management system for a complex of housing and public utilities of Tula region

On April 8, 2014 the Committee of Tula region on informatization and communication announced the beginning of the first stage of the project on informatization of housing sector in Tula region.

Project Progress

As a part of this stage optimization of work of all participants of the industry - from management companies and to public authorities and the State Housing Inspectorate inclusive.

Project Results

The implemented solution "BARS. The housing and public utilities are Housing stock" created the single database of all apartment houses of the region. 12 thousand multi-storey houses "received" electronic passports where the key technical parameters, according to the methodical recommendations of Fund of Assistance to Reforming of Housing and Public Utilities Group are reflected and also: date of the last overhaul, data on the land plot and characteristics of the house, including the address, the area and number of storeys of the house, the number of residents, materials of walls and roofs and many other indicators.

Informatization of housing sector of the region helped Tula region to create the long-term program of overhaul of apartment houses. And the information system facilitated work of fund of an overhaul of the subject, having automated his work and having simplified tracking of efficiency of actions.

"At the moment we are on initial a stage of the project on complex informatization of housing and public utilities. Implementation of two modules is carried out: "Passport of the house" and Overhaul. The module of the regional operator which will allow to accumulate collecting of money from inhabitants and also the module of the state housing inspectorate is planned to implementation. In the short term this project will allow each inhabitant of an apartment house to have in Tula region free access to the passport of the house at any time and to online obtain information on its technical characteristics", - Artur Kontrabayev, the Chairman of the Committee of Tula region on informatization and communication noted.
