On April 8, 2014 the Kvorum company announced signing of the contract with Agropromcredit bank on delivery and implementation of the software product "to Quorum. Electronic archive".
Project Tasks
The main objective of the project – expense reduction on printing and document storage of day in archive. With implementation "Quorum." the customer expects to simplify electronic archive significantly and, as a result, to reduce the price of document flow. Besides Agropromcredit is going to increase considerably convenience during the work with archive documents at the expense of a convenient history log of movements of disks.
A system will help to automate archiving processes and storages of payment documents, according to the instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2346-U.
Product introduction considerably will reduce paper document flow and will promote redistribution of labor resources.
