Ufatekh automates trade management

On April 9, 2014 announced 1C:VDGB process automation of trade management and the operational reporting in Ufatekh LLC company. The products used in the project: "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8 CORP".

Project Tasks

For optimization of work of employees, automatic formation of necessary documents, preparation of accounting, financial and tax statements and consolidation of information at head office, at the enterprise there was a question of automation. For the help in the choice of the necessary software and the correct solution, the management of Ufatekh LLC addressed 1C:VDGB company.

Having studied requirements Ufatekh1C:VDGB of ", specialists LLC recommended software products "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" which fully solve the problems facing the enterprise.

Project Progress

Within the reached agreements employees of "1C:VDGB" held consultations on the selected software and options of its maintenance, performed sale and delivery in office of the customer and also issued preferential support of "1C:ITS".

Project Results

With use "1C: Trade Management 8" is kept:

• Calculation of normative cost value of orders;
• Formation of the diagram of a payment receipt;
• Pricing, price lists;
• Warehouse and logistics;
• Management of warehouse stocks;

The program helps to make out delivery agreements, to control accomplishment by partners of the obligations. Implementation "1C: Trade Management 8" allowed to adjust Ufatekh even more effective vendor relations.
