Kofax Total Agility is the platform for creating applications of the class smart process applications, intended for collecting, structuring and distributions of information in all formats from any sources. The intellectual Total Agility applications help to optimize corporate content management, including business process management and data integration. They allow employees to process data from all sources, from scans and photos of documents to indicators from the accounting systems and letters from corporate mail. Information and documents received from clients, suppliers, third-party services or internal systems can be structured and analyzed in real time. At the same time any Kofax system is completely managed: the analytical module Kofax allows to monitor online work of IT solution in detail both from business, and from IT and to control accomplishment KPI of employees. A system has 50 preconfigured reports and allows to add own and also to connect additional data sources for the analysis: for example, systems of a class ECM BPM , etc.

On April 7, 2014 the Kofax company submitted the platform for full-scale assessment of the situation to the companies.


The automated starting the document in a system — only the beginning of process which continues further. But not always the automation system answers business tasks of approval, management and tracking of a further way of the document. For example, the document quickly got to a system, but the imperfection of ECM systems does not allow it to pass further quickly all planned way, developers consider.

For permission of this sort of tasks use of methodology of Smart Process Application which, in addition to input of documents, includes business process management (BPM), the business analysis (BI) and interaction with users by means of global integration with all information systems and social networks (Big Data Integration) that helps to investigate and monitor a situation in the market, directly among users became a new trend.

In the KTA 7.0 platform the methodology of Smart Process Application which, in addition to a possibility of input of documents, contains functionality of business process management, the business analysis and interaction with users is applied. The solution Kofax can be integrated with the main accounting systems, can perform internal and external monitoring. Use of KTA 7.0 allows to avoid the mistakes made at manual entry and also to reduce costs on document handling. The automated input of the document is only a part of opportunities of the solution. This automation system answers business tasks in the field of approval, management and tracking of the document.
