The Ministry of Education and sciences of Ingushetia automates registration in republic kindergartens

On April 7, 2014 it became known of start on April 1, 2014 of the system of electronic signing up in kindergartens in the Republic of Ingushetia. The project is implemented by BARS GROUP company on the platform of the solution "BARS.web and Electronic Kindergarten".

Project Results

In the region the work on creation of a uniform electronic queue is completed. Parents will be able to enter in it personal data about the children at once after their birth timely to receive the place in kindergarten. By April 7, 2014 in the general database there are data about more than 54 thousand children.

In the BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronny Kindergarten system 41 preschool educational institutions of 8 municipal districts of Ingushetia.

"Each parent will have access to the database and will be able to monitor promotion of the child in queue on transfer in a kindergarten, - the Minister of Education of the republic marked out Milan Hasiyev. - If there is no child in lists, the parent will be able independently to deliver him in an electronic queue, having filled a necessary form and having sent the statement and the scanned private papers of the child by e-mail".

Electronic lists thanks to a system will help also local authorities as with their help it is easier to take children in kindergartens, considering at the same time the place of residence, age and personal wishes of parents.

All municipal preschool institutions in a system are connected therefore the possibility of multiple queue is excluded. An opportunity to independently control future transfer in kindergarten prevents excessive bureaucracy and excludes a corruption component.

A system is integrated with the Federal system of indicators of an electronic queue and any departmental systems and also the portal of the public and municipal services.
