Vocord BankSecure is a system for counteraction to fraud in bank retail and increases in a customer loyalty of banks.

On April 9, 2014 the Vokord company announced an output to the market of a new solution for banks - Vocord BankSecure. The solution is created on the basis of own developments of Vokord company in the field of face recognition and machine vision, taking into account world practice and experience of the Russian banks.

The main distinctive feature of the Vocord BankSecure system - ability to integrate the module of the face recognition which is composition with a security video surveillance system in departments of banks that significantly reduces the cost of the solution, and, on the one hand - opens to many banks real opportunities for the anticipatory response to new threats, with another – becomes the mass and available instrument of ensuring bank security.

The system of face recognition can work with unlimited number of databases of facsimiles as bank ("stop-list" of bank at issuance of credits, etc.), and external databases (for example, databases of police and court ushers).

Important feature of the solution - identification of swindlers, and, in particular, the persons manipulating data at application for the credit and at the same time - recognition of the client of bank, on its arrival to department. At the same time, at integration of the Vocord BankSecure system from bank CRM, operators of bank departments will be able quickly and quickly to "lift" the history of relationship of the client with bank, without demanding additional documents for identification. It will allow to reduce significantly time for processing of the preliminary information by the operator and to make communication of bank with clients more address that, in turn, increases their loyalty.

It is obvious that one of the main problems of bank security is identification of the client at transactions on the Internet. At the same time the analysis of a mimicry of the person is performed. Respectively, technology it is impossible to deceive, using for authorization someone else's photo or even specially made mask of the person.
