The ministry of energy industry and housing and public utilities of the Tver region completed the formation of the 30-year plan of overhauls

On April 9, 2014 the Etton company announced the project of use of the "cloud" platform "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities" and formation of the regional program of an overhaul of the Tver region by request of the Ministry of energy industry and housing and public utilities of the Tver region.

Project Results

The long-term plan for 30 years is simulated on a cloud platform "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities" Etton companies.

Formation of programs took place in several stages. At basic level inventory of housing stock is carried out. The maximum quantity of data on the house is collected: year of construction, number of apartments, areas, structural elements and other data. All data retrieveds were entered in electronic passports of houses and the summary point was appropriated to each building. On the basis of the awarded mark assessment the house joined in the register of the buildings which are subject to an overhaul. Further in the automatic mode short-term and long-term programs of an overhaul were modelled.

Implementation of information complex helped the Tver region to solve problems of automation of the regional operator and formation of programs of an overhaul according to the adopted regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the Tver region.
