EXPERT Power Personal accounts

Software product "AS of Energo. Personal accounts" represents the configuration created on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform and intended for calculation of cost of the consumed electric power by the population - apartment houses, private households and condominium. This software product is developed according to "Rules of providing utilities to owners and users of premises in apartment houses and apartment houses", approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation N 354 of May 6, 2011.

Accounting functions "AS of Energo. Personal accounts":

• Accounting of objects of power supply (apartment houses);
• Accounting of personal accounts and agreements of power supply;
• Accounting of metering devices;
• Accounting of engineering changes of conditions of power supply with change of parameters of calculation of cost;
• Accounting of information on social norm of electricity consumption by the subscriber;
• Registration and accounting of energy consumption on an accounting item (on object of power supply, on points of accounting of personal accounts, on the subsubscriber, on zones of day);
• Registration of the facts of non-accounting consumption;
• Accounting of information on a payment receipt of subscribers through bank or cash desk;
• Registration and reversal of wrong payments.

Settlement functions "AS of Energo. Personal accounts":

• Calculation of cost of the consumed electric power in the private house;
• Calculation of cost of the consumed electric power in the apartment of an apartment house;
• Calculation of cost of the consumed electric power in the communal flat / hostel;
• Calculation of amounts of the consumed electric power in common areas;
• Calculation of amounts of consumption at non-accounting consumption and in the absence of data on energy consumption;
• Calculation of a penalty fee;
• Calculation of cost of the consumed electric power taking into account social norms.
