Alaris LCR Engine is the system of intellectual routing voice and SMS traffic with an ability to manage of VoIP and TDM switches in real time. Its main objective — ensuring optimal routing of calls for the purpose of receiving the maximum profit generated by each call with preserving of the quality objective of connections.

The uniqueness of the solution consists in a combination of extreme flexibility of routing to the high performance of traffic handling. The user of a system can independently define policy of routing, combining parameters of cost and quality of the directions.

Alaris LCR Engine is easily integrated into the current infrastructure of the operator, providing simple connection to VoIP and TDM switches. For interface to switches the commonly accepted SIP and INAP protocols are used. In case of use the possibility of additional completion of Alaris LCR Engine is available a switching equipment of other standards of management of routing.

Important feature of Alaris LCR Engine are the convenient instruments of work with tariff plans necessary for routing by criterion of cost. Loading of rates is executed of any formats, takes the minimum time and allows to create import templates for each partner for the purpose of reducing costs for the subsequent transactions. At the request of the client integration with already used billing system can be executed that will allow to receive one point of loading of tariff plans.

The uniqueness of a product consists in powerful analytical opportunities of the solution. In real time a system creates instant reports on different cuts and indicators. Statistical and financial performance is available to each client, the supplier and the direction: quantity of calls, general duration, ASR, ACD, costs, margin, etc. There is an opportunity to independently create reports of any structure and complexity.

In a system the mechanism of sending notifications which are sent in case of significant changes of parameters of traffic is implemented.

Advantages of Alaris LCR Engine

Broad set of criteria of routing:

  • the smallest cost of termination (least cost routing, LCR);
  • maximum margin (margin-based routing);
  • quality of the directions (quality-based routing) on the basis of the statistical ASR, ACD, NER, PDD parameters and many others;
  • formation of individual policy of routing on set of criteria of cost and quality;
  • traffic distribution share between suppliers for the specific directions or the specific client;
  • static routing – the fixed supplier list to whom calls of specific clients will go.

Interfaces to VoIP and TDM switches of different producers:

  • integration into the VoIP switches under the SIP protocols;
  • integration into TDM switches under the INAP protocol (connection to TDM network is performed using the gateway TelcoBridges);
  • possibility of completion of the solution for non-standard interaction with switches.

Convenient mechanisms of loading of tariff plans:

  • import of data from the xls and csv formats;
  • high efficiency of loading (2-3 minutes for 100 thousand rates with carrying out more than 20 verifications of the loaded file on errors and the hidden increases in rates);
  • ability to integrate with the system of billing for synchronization of tariff plans.

The developed analytical systems capabilities:

  • statistical and financial information on different cuts (to clients, suppliers, the directions and so forth);
  • possibility of formation of own reports on the processed calls;
  • sending notifications in case of changes of parameters of traffic.

High reliability and scalability:

  • distributed architecture of a system with geographical reservation;
  • the module of routing provides up to 500-700 CPS (calls per second) on one main core (depends on structure of tariff plans);
  • scalability from one to tens of geographically distributed servers with balancing of loading between them and ensuring reservation of all components.
