Biography

Sergey was born in 1962 in the city of Syktyvkar, Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1983 he graduated from the Saratov Higher Military Command School named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky VV Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.

In 1994 he completed his studies at the Military Academy. M.V. Frunze.

In April 2010, he was appointed head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the North Caucasus Federal District.

On April 10, 2014, Sergey Mikhailovich Chenchik worked as the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the North Caucasus Federal District, Colonel General of the Police.

On May 20, 2016, by Decree President of the Russian Federation , he was appointed chief of the main staff of the troops, National Guard of Russia he combined this position with the post of first deputy head of the Russian Guard[1]On October 30, 2020, by presidential decree Russia Vladimir Putin [2] of the[2]." was dismissed.]
