Content

On April 15, 2014 it became known of end of the first stage of implementation of a marketing information system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform in NIPIgazpererabotka company. The partner in the project Navicon company.

Project Tasks

System implementation is going to solve a number of questions:

  • automation,
  • accounting possibility,
  • coordination and the analysis of business processes of a system of interaction of institute with partners,
  • formations of "knowledge base" on the history of relationship and potential transactions.

Project Progress

At the initial stage of development of a system the pilot project with setup of functionality according to business processes of institute was planned. The created marketing system of NIPIgazpererabotka is implemented:

  • management of the customer base and single database TKP,
  • history of tender activities for each client,
  • automation and coordination of business processes of support of sales,
  • obtaining operational information and control of stages of passing of transactions,
  • coordination of carrying out marketing efforts and analysis of their efficiency;
  • possibilities of analytics, etc. are expanded.

For April 15, 2014 NIPIgazpererabotka actively uses a system — more than 300 transactions, 400 partners, 350 contacts and more than 5 thousand documents are entered to MIS.

"Microsoft Dynamics CRM was raised by transparency and controllability of activity in spheres of sales and marketing, efficiency of tender work and service quality. However implementation of CRM is only a basis of receiving and customer information management. We increase competitiveness of institute, and the implemented system is one of very important and necessary elements of systematic work which purpose — increase in sales volumes, a market share, profitability and acceleration of further development of institute" — Mikhail Dubinsky, the marketing and sales director NIPIgazpererabotka emphasized.

Project Results

NIPIgazpererabotka and Navicon started the second stage of development of a system which assumes business process optimization and integration with other information systems of institute (1C, SharePoint, MS Project, etc.).
