Clientum is service for communication with clients, a cloud management system for communications.

On April 15, 2014 the Clientum command announced start of the innovation Internet service for communication with clients.

Description

Service is expected the companies requiring operational and correct work with clients and information. Service offers ample communication opportunities: the single interface combines tools for work with e-mail, phone calls, Sms, social networks Twitter and Facebook, files, notes and comments.

The solution optimizes work with base of clients. In addition to the complete information about the client, history of the relations and his preferences, the Clientum system contains all correspondence, calls, messages and comments on work with the specific client or group: having received the message from the client, the employee of the company always knows, about the previous arrangements with it and his colleagues by phone or at a meeting.

Specific Features

For work with social networks in Clientum service the special marketing tool — tracking of references of the company name, a brand or key word in Twitter and Facebook social network is provided. It gives the chance to find new clients, to be aware of opinions in the social environment, to answer quickly questions or comments and to resolve quickly any issue, emphasized in the company.

Feature of a system - an ability to manage the tasks arising in the course of communications with clients: any letter, a call or the comment to social networks can in set the task and to appoint responsible for solution, to specify terms and to control timeliness of execution of instructions. In Clientum the solution of any questions can be performed by employees individually or collectively. A system maintains succession of customer interaction - communication with the specific client does not become isolated on one employee.

Service works "in a cloud". To start work the computer or the tablet with connection to the Internet is required worldwide.

In CLIENTUM it is possible to configure notifications on new messages and tasks in a system now. You can receive notifications by the SMS or email on all new letters or on letters only from the most important clients. Notifications on tasks are configured according to your requirements too. One more interesting functionality — display of files of a certain contact. All files ever participating in correspondence with the client are stored and displayed in one place now — in the client's card. They do not need to be looked for in correspondence that significantly increases convenience and speed of work.

Function of export of contacts in a cvs-format earned. Now it is possible to export all contacts to the separate file at once or a certain group using filters.
