Cotton Way implements the automation equipment and control

On April 14, 2014 it became known of implementation of the complete solution by Kraftway company for the benefit of Cotton Way, in December, 2013.

Project Tasks

Entrusted to carry out works on automation of a laundry complex of the customer Kraftway. The task was coming responsible, especially taking into account carrying out in February of the Olympic Games: prior to the Olympic Games the enterprise had to work at full capacity.

Carefully analyzing a situation, engineers of Kraftway proposed to the customer the complete solution implemented in two months.

Project Progress

On an object installation of the server hall where the modern server hardware and storage systems of production Kraftway and other firms was placed is made. Forces of specialists of Kraftway mount the structured cable network, distributing of electricity to jobs and communication hubs is carried out.

Important part of works - deployment at the enterprise of a video surveillance system with video analytics on the main video cameras. A system is based on the solution Kraftway Smart Video Detector (KSVD) assisting in access control to placements and on the territory of a complex. Engineers of the company created and customized the system of the centralized notification.

Feature of infrastructure of new factory - the command center and monitoring of work of the enterprise which is also created by specialists of Kraftway.

Project Results

For April 14, 2014 in the territory of a complex the system of wireless access put into operation and seamless roaming for mobile devices and Wi - Fi works - phones, the centralized communication between the enterprise and other objects of the customer trouble-free functions.

Infrastructure of new division of Cotton Way is connected to cloud services of the company.
