Smart Board - the system of continuous monitoring and control over resource consumption by all systems of the building.
On April 16, 2014 the Schneider Electric company announced an output to the Russian market of the complete solution for control and effective electric power distribution in the building Smart Board.
Description
The monitoring system Smart Board helps to detect problems and zones of potential decrease in energy costs, to reduce time for liquidation of faults, promoting optimization of level of operating costs. Compatibility of a new solution with the software of StruxureWare Energy Operation data from devices of Smart Board on the Internet are continuously transferred to the external server of processing and information storage.
A system helps to control distribution of energy consumption by zones and types of loadings and visualizes information representation in simple and clear graphic forms.
"Smart Board" - result of evolution of a simple low-voltage board of electric power distribution at the expense of a combination of the reliable devices developed by Schneider Electric and which were credible in the market to technical capabilities of their rapid implementation in the general engineering architecture", - Victor Russov, the business development manager "A smart board" Schneider Electric in Russia told.
Structure and structure of the solution
In structure of Smart Board:
- blocks of protection and control of Micrologic E of the time cut-outs Masterpact, Compact NS and Compact NSX - provide the built-in electricity metering, abnormal and precautionary signaling and store all information on the switch.
- single-phase counters of the electric power of live broadcast of iEM2000 series and three-phase counters of the electric power iEM3000 which are easily mounted in a board.
- the bus of data collection from different metering devices of final distribution Acti9 Smartlink - implements remote and local control, provides fast connection of new switches.
- the EGX300 microserver which collects and archives information from all devices on the Modbus RTU protocol and gives it in the Modbus TCP/IP protocol, compatible to the Internet. The microserver supports the web pages with the friendly interface allowing to obtain information on each single point of distribution of energy.
Developers plan djpolnit the solution the Com'X 200 microserver supplied with a number of functions among which there is a connectivity on GPRS and communication on Wi-Fi simplifying connection of new boards and sensors in the building at the minimum costs for laying of additional trunks of data transmission.
