The Volga region academy of physical culture automates accounting

On April 16, 2014 specialists of The First BIT company announced project completion of automation of financial activity of the Volga region state academy of physical culture, sport and tourism.

Project Tasks

In new conditions of economic activity and modern managerial approaches, opportunities of the existing program business applications appeared insufficiently for the Volga region state academy of physical culture, sport and tourism. The management formulated tasks for optimization of the existing order of document flow of finance documents. The innovation approaches to solving of tasks of budgeting of Academy and significant fall forward of preparation, delivery by the organization of the regulated reporting were required.

The problem was solved by The First BIT company.

Planning the automation capable to solve problems of the organization, representatives of the Volga region academy addressed to The First BIT company.

The parties decided to carry out the analysis and to increase efficiency of the automated processes in work of accounting and finance division as implementation in 100 workplaces of programs "1C: Budget Institution Accounting" and "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff".

Project Progress

The specifics of organization activity as educational institution became the completion reason, in the course of implementation, the solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting".

Project Results

Implementation considerably increases efficiency financial and accounting, processes of interaction of services in financial document flow are optimized.

Sergey Gorbachev, the chief of planned financial management of the Volga region state academy of physical culture, sport and tourism, noted: "Automation on the basis of use of individual approach to the solution of our tasks, reduced unproductive work of employees, increased efficiency of their activity and allowed to enter to financial and economic accounting of the organization the majority of components of managerial accounting, including item-by-item detailing of income and expenses, systemacity of assessment of indicators. Creation of a system of financial and economic accounting using the modern software product allows to increase effective management of financial flows and to create flexible planned targets of activity".
