On April 17, 2014 it became known of transfer by Raiffeisenbank bank of service of IT infrastructure of offices, ATMs and POS terminals of MAYKOR company.

Project Tasks

Within the MAYKOR project will provide complex service of IT systems in 125 bank departments in the Central, Volga, Siberian, Far East, Northwest and Southern federal districts and will provide [1] more than 1300 ATMs and POS terminals.

Project Progress

Maintenance of IT infrastructure of bank was transferred to outsourcing step by step during 2013. The parties fulfilled process of interaction on group of pilot offices then MAYKOR accepted on maintenance IT, ATMs and the equipment of POS terminals according to the approved plan.

In addition to hardware maintenance MAYKOR is responsible for technical support of opening of new operational offices, the organization of transportation, installation and start-up and adjustment of new ATMs and so forth To perform work a part of IT personnel of Raiffeisenbank is admitted for full-time employment to MAYKOR that is the universal practice of outsourcing directed to cost reduction of the client. Thus, today in the majority of the cities of presence of Raiffeisenbank of MAYKOR undertook all executive functions on service IT, ATMs and POS terminals, replacing regional structures of IT support of bank. Control function and control remain behind bank.

Transfer of function on technical maintenance of IT infrastructure and the bank equipment on outsourcing – an optimal solution which will allow us to release resources for development of core business", - Alexander Kazakov, the head of department of technology infrastructure of Raiffeisenbank noted.
