"Mareven Fud Central" carried out implementation of the new version of EDMS

On April 18, 2014 it became known of transfer of the company "Mareven Fud Central" on the new version EDMS Docsvision 5. The system integrator took part in the project SYNTELLECT.

Project Tasks

Feature of the project - existence of two territorial and remote platforms, Moscow and Serpukhov, with a total quantity of users – 500, at the same time working in a system - 250. Till 2010 the architecture of distributed system was represented by two server platforms with the configured end-to-end business processes of approval of documents between which communication was performed by point data exchange between processes, without full stroke of replication. Emergence of the new wide channel (100 Mbps) between territorial and remote divisions allowed to integrate two systems in the single database with the distributed installation of application servers.

At the end of 2013 the company management "Mareven Fud Central" made the decision on transition to the new version of the DocsVision 5.2 system.

Project Progress

Specialists of SYNTELLECT company executed updating of the version of an electronic document management system. A system received new functionality regarding the designer of cards, the designer of reference books and settings of a role model for access control to documents.

Within transition all settings and business processing of documents of different types are adapted to the new version of a system:

• processes of approval of financial memos,
• normative reference information and agreements,
• service of integration with SAP (the section "partners"),
• service of notifications.

Processes are put into operation:

• approvals of the tender documentation,
• processings of orders, orders, protocols and other document types.

Transition to the new version was reflected in a solution landscape: the server of processing of processes is taken separately out, on other servers loading is redistributed. Updating of a system allowed to increase considerably the speed of issue of tasks and performance of document handling in general.
