Dealers of SsangYong automate management of a warehouse with the help of PROF-IT GROUP and Alpha Car

The PROF-IT GROUP company started implementation of the unique solution for management of spare parts depot (SIUS *) in the Russian dealer network of the automobile SsangYong brand. A system will be unrolled based on the Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти software product **, developed by 1C-Rarus company, within all network of dealers which contains about 127 points of SsangYong salons across all Russia today.

Project Tasks Main goal of the project is the organization of work on management of spare parts depot at qualitatively new level. Implementing solution SIUS will allow the distributor of SsangYong in Russia more densely to interact with dealers in the field of sales of spare parts and accessories. At the same time the solution will give to dealers an opportunity to automate key business processes in the field of management of a warehouse. Developments are planned in the fields of planning and accounting of execution of orders, selection of nomenclature units of spare parts taking into account their analogs, state management of a warehouse and also formation of different managerial reports.

Besides, the implementation project of SIUS assumes integration of a new system with the existing IT solutions of dealers. For convenience of users the single interface of information exchange is provided in the solution. In the field of management of a warehouse of spare parts interaction with the directory systems of the distributor of SsangYong will be configured.

Project Steps The project is implemented using a team of specialists of the Russian distributor of the SsangYong brand and PROF-IT GROUP company. Experts of PROF-IT GROUP company (the partner 1C-Rarus) provide accomplishment and coordination of works on automation of spare parts depot of dealers and technical support of a system.

Project Effect During 2014 it is going to finish fully system implementation that with guarantee will improve the organization of work of a warehouse and will make the procedure of the order of more comfortable for dealers.
