Ekomet-S completed the second stage of implementation of EDMS

On April 8, 2014 it became known of implementation by specialists of Soft-Unity company of software "1C: Document Flow CORP" in EKOMET-S Ltd.

Project Progress

For workflow automation in the companies, the management of "EKOMET-S" addressed specialists of Soft-Unity who offered implementation of the 1C: Document Flow CORP software product intended for automation of the big enterprises with separate divisions in structure. After completion under needs and features of the enterprise the program was implemented at office of the company in St. Petersburg then trained users in work in a configuration.

Project Results

Implementation of the software product helped to organize and arrange work with documents in the company:

• increase sweep rate of the necessary information,
• reduce delays at simultaneous operation of several specialists in the document,
• the possibility of loss of documentation is eliminated.

Project Continuation

On July 22, 2014 it became known - on June 30, 2014 specialists of Soft-Unity completed the second stage of system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) in "EKOMET-S".

Within the carried-out works 50 jobs are in addition automated.

Project Results

From the moment of system implementation "1C: Document Flow CORP" in the company, positive changes are mentioned:

• work with documents was arranged,
• approval of decisions and addressing of tasks are made quickly and clear.

The risk of loss of documents at joint work is minimized.
