Retail Data System

The Korablik retail network, one of market leaders of children's goods numbering over 110 shops in the Central region since July 1, 2013 transferred process of formation and providing the reporting for the partners to a cloud service of Retail Data System.

Quality improvement of information exchange with producers and suppliers at the expense of the accessibility to complete, up-to-date and reliable information online was a project objective.

The new service Retail Data System from Lasmart company represents the interactive portal which main idea consists in providing hi-tech tools for implementation of collaborative approach to interaction of retail networks and producers.

The portal provides online data access via the web interface or from mobile devices. The built-in analytical tools give the chance to work with data directly from the interface of service. Also the possibility of unloading of the preconfigured report templates given in external files in a format is provided. Information available in service:

• Sales informations from point-of-sale terminals
• Stocks of goods in warehouses
• Storage lives
• Purchases
• Purchase and retail prices
• Share in commodity category

In a project deliverable the Korablik company lowered operational loading on preparation of the reporting from the managers, had an opportunity to involve producers and suppliers in management of trade inventories and also gained an additional non-operating income due to providing data access with higher level of service for suppliers.

"Retail Data System allowed our company to make more effective use of working time of employees. Now there is no need to prepare personal reports for each producer, they can create them in the necessary type via the portal. Besides, use of service allowed to create one more source of means for replenishment of the budget of IT service of the company. It is not our first project with Lasmart company, and success was expected", - Robert Sardaryan, the director of information technology of Korablik network.
